1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Day Cash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Day Cash is a cash flow forecasting tool. It projects your daily bank balance based on information you manually enter. It is not a bank, financial advisor, or accounting service. Projections are estimates only — do not rely on them as financial advice.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Day Cash.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.

4. Payment and refunds

Day Cash is offered as a one-time purchase (“Buy it for Life”). Payment is processed by Stripe.

• No recurring charges. You pay once and own access forever.
• Refunds. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Emailsupport@day.cash within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
• After 30 days, purchases are final.

5. Free trial

New accounts receive a 60-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, a one-time purchase is required to continue using the service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Day Cash for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Share, resell, or transfer your account to another person.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused portion of your purchase on a pro-rated basis.

8. Disclaimers

Day Cash is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. Financial projections are estimates based on data you enter.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Day Cash and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Iowa.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
