How to request a refund

  2. Include “Refund request” in the subject line.
  3. We’ll process your refund within 2 business days. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your account will revert to the free tier. Your data will remain in your account — we won’t delete anything. You’re welcome to re-purchase at any time.

Outside the 30-day window

Purchases older than 30 days are generally non-refundable. If you have an exceptional circumstance, email us and we’ll do our best to help.
