1. Who we are

Day Cash (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a personal finance tool that helps you forecast your daily cash balance. We operate the website at day.cash. Questions? Email us at support@day.cash.

2. What we collect

• Account info — your email address and a hashed password when you sign up.
• Financial data you enter — account balances, card balances, and recurring bill items you manually add. We do not access your bank directly.
• Payment info — processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID but never your full card number.
• Usage data — basic page view analytics to understand how the app is used (no third-party ad trackers).

3. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the Day Cash service.
• To process your one-time payment through Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (password resets, receipts). We do not send marketing email without your consent.

4. Third parties

We share data only as necessary to operate the service:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Hosting provider — your data is stored on servers in the United States.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailingsupport@day.cash. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical precautions to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us atsupport@day.cash.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Day Cash after changes constitutes acceptance.
